How To Set Calendar Event Reminders:

1. Start SyncCell and click 'Settings' from the menu buttons on the main screen:


2. The 'Settings & Options' dialog box will appear. Click the 'Calendar (Basic)' configuration tab at the top of the 'Settings & Options' dialog box:


3. Locate the 'Reminder Settings' section on the 'Calendar (Basic)' tab of the 'Settings & Options' dialog window. SyncCell defaults all Calendar events to play a reminder five minutes before the start time. The Reminder Settings configuration section allows you to change the default. You have three choices.

  1. Don't Set Reminders - Chose this option if you don't want your mobile device to inform you prior to an event's start time.

  2. Set Reminder from Source - Chose this option if you want the reminder time that was set in Outlook to carry over to your mobile device. This way you can have different reminder intervals for each meeting.

  3. Always Set Reminders - Chose this option if you want your mobile device to remind you at a set interval for each event. The default is five minutes, but you can change this to the interval of your choice.

Select the Reminder Settings of your choice and then click the 'OK' button to finish and close the 'Settings & Options' dialog window.
