Start SyncCell and click 'Settings'
from the menu buttons on the main screen:

'Settings & Options' dialog window will appear.
Click the 'Contacts (Basic)' configuration tab at the
top of the 'Settings & Options' dialog box:
3. Locate
the 'Device Title Format' section on the 'Contacts (Basic)'
tab of the 'Settings & Options' dialog window.
The 'Device Title Format' section allows
you to select how your mobile device displays your Contacts.
The 'Device Title Format' section consists of two radio
selection controls. Select the format you prefer and
then click the 'OK' button at the bottom of the 'Settings
& Options' dialog window.
