How To Run OneSync Guide:

"OneSync" is SyncCell's Patent Pending one-step sync technology, which allows you to synchronize your Outlook Calendar and Contacts in one easy click of a button! OneSync provides a simple, painless, and most importantly, flawless synchronization of your Outlook Calendar and Contacts with your mobile device each time, every time.


1. OneSync is preconfigured with system defaults and ready to use as soon as the software is installed. If you haven't already done so and would like to first customize the OneSync configuration to fit your needs, please review our

2. Start SyncCell and and confirm the application has properly located your phone. On the main window you should see your Phone Type, Phone Number and Cellular Carrier listed to the right of the menu buttons:


3. Next, click the OneSync button from the main menu buttons.

Since this is the first time running OneSync, the following informational message will appear:

Click 'Yes' to close the informational message and your Calendar events will begin to synchronize with your mobile device. SyncCell will show you a progress bar as your events are synchronized.

Once all events are synchronized with your phone, SyncCell will show you an action summary window (individual results will vary):

That's it! OneSync will successfully synchronize your Calendar events each time, every time. And to make things even better, you don't even have to open SyncCell in order to run OneSync! That's right! All you have to do when you want to quickly and effortlessly sync your Calendar contacts to your mobile device is click the OneSync icon on your Microsoft Outlook toolbar, or select it from the Program Start menu! What could be easier than that? (see option 6-a and 6-b below.)

Note: If you're using a USB cable as the communication link between SyncCell and your mobile phone, you will have to have the phone connected before running OneSync. However, if you're using Bluetooth as the communication link you don't even have to take your phone out of your pocket in order to sync!


6-a. Running OneSync from the Outlook Toolbar. Locate the OneSync icon on your Outlook toolbar and click. It's that easy!


6-b. Running OneSync from the Program Start Menu. Go to your Start menu and then Programs - SyncCell - OneSync.
