For cases where the OneSync icon is not displaying the Microsoft Outlook Toolbar, please perform the following steps:
1) Reboot the computer. (Do not open Outlook yet)
2) Re-install SyncCell. (Be sure to select the 'Outlook Toolbar' option during installation)
3) Open Outlook
4) The OneSync icon should now be there.
If this still does not work for some reason, the OneSync shortcut can be copied from your Desktop to any convenient location on your computer.
In addition, OneSync can also be launched conveniently with one click from both Internet Explorer and Firefox, if you choose to install the Browser Toolbar during SyncCell installation.
