Alternatively, you can download and install the USB Drivers from http://developer.motorola.com. These drivers are often newer than the ones above, but you will need to create a userid first. After logging in with the new userid, search for "usb driver", or navigate directly to http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/Handset_USB_Driver
After downloading and installing the Motorola Driver, you will need to run the Motorola Driver Installer program by going to "Windows->Start->Programs->Motorola Driver Installer->Motorola Driver Installer.exe".
