Many Samsung phone models have a dual USB Connection mode. In order for SyncCell to be able to access these phones, the USB Connection mode on the phone must be set to "PC Studio". This setting can usually be found on the phone's "Settings" menu. Refer to your phone's documentation for the specific menu location.
